Description: AutoWrecker NWT subset from CanVec Data. CanVec aims to provide a standardized and up to date representation of topographical phenomena for the entire Canadian landmass.
Description: This data is used to depict the outlines of buildings within each community of the Northwest Territories. It provides a base to be used for land management purposes in identifying the approximate location of buildings with respect to surveyed lot lines and other topographical features. This data set is not to be used for defining the exact location of buildings; administrative decisions should be based on legal documents and legal survey plans.
Building Footprints: This data represents the outline of building polygons within each community of the Northwest Territories. The dataset is periodically updated on a community-wide scale and updated with new construction/demolitions as shown on newly-registered plans of survey. To see a current list of the last updates to all of the datasets see http://atlas.lands.gov.nt.ca/website/Atlas_Data_Updates.pdf.
